Together we will analyze what your requirements are. Then I will develop a Qt based application with C++ or Python (As you want) for Linux or Mobiles. I will provide you with a convenient way of deploying you application on you system. Should it be a simple build chain, a install script, a binary package or a docker image ?All along the project we will have the possibility to exchange together if your requirements change.
At the end of the project, you have full access to a well designed and documented source code.
