This was a difficult program to manage as the seller's program had to interact with the data my hardware was producing. He showed an excellent understanding of the serial communications as well as a sharp understanding of what was necessary to display the data in Excel. He took on board my suggestions and also made helpful ones himself. I am a very satisfied customer.
